Assistant Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities:
Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to manpower planning, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, staff relations and retention, and other human resources related matter.
Responsible for payroll computation and processing as well as relevant employee tax filing and pensions contribution.
Support Functional and Business Leads to understand HR requirements and work with reporting Regional HR to collaborate and resolve relevant matter.
Support the recruitment and selection process including prepares, reviews and issues employment contracts and independent contractor agreements, where applicable.
Manages employee insurance and wellness programs.
Manages employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
Support employee relations counselling, handle disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, and work with reporting Regional HR, where applicable.

Participate in annual salary benchmarking and works with senior management to align salary reviews/bonuses with performance.
Support maintaining data on Group HRIS, monitors and work with reporting Regional HR on adoption/implementation in area of geographical responsibility.
Run reports on HR metrics, opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescales.
Work with Line Manager, Finance to provide support on managing and controlling departmental expenditure as appropriate.
Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned by the Employer.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven working experience in managing full spectrum of HR processes (especially in Payroll)
In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
Experience in cross regions collaborations and matrix reporting.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Experience with HR software (e.g. Workday).
- Good problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- This position will be required to work with English speaking counterparts across the regions.
Possess relevant HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Assistant Manager – Corporate Training
The Role:
As the Professional Education Assistant Manager at Kaplan Professional, you will be responsible for assisting in designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive market-leading learning solutions for our clients. - Support the design and execution of comprehensive strategies for the technical, operational, and sales aspects of professional development solution design and delivery for B2B and B2C.

Human Resources Officer (Part-time)
The Role:
We are currently recruiting an Officer within our HR department. This role will be on a contract basis for 2-3 days a week.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in monthly payroll, MPF, tax returns and employee benefits enrollment and termination procedures for all staff in Hong Kong.
